The Tank:
They don't just take damage, they deal it, too. The typical full-plate Fighter or Paladin fills this just fine. If you had to choose between super-high hitpoints or super-high AC, go for the hitpoints. If you're too hard to hit your enemies will probably start to ignore/avoid you and you probably sacrificed a lot of damage potential to get your AC that high. Let your enemies think they're doing a good job wearing you down because they just hit you for 25 hp when you're laughing it off because you have another 80 left. Also, high saves are more important than high AC for a tank (Fort will naturally be high, Reflex you can ignore, Will is in need of serious boosts), and those are easy enough to boost with a cloak of resistance and the save-boosting feats (Iron Will, Imp. Iron Will).
Striker:
Two weapon fighting Rogue works great. Flank the enemies that are attacking your Tank and start slicing. Make sure you have a medium Con for extra hp. It's also a good idea to use the same weapon in each hand (Short swords for example) so that you get double-mileage out of any weapon focus or improved critical feats you take. One of the better Strikers you can build is a Fighter focused on archery (d20pfsrd.com has a few build ideas for this).
I don't really ever play Controllers or Healers, so I can't help you with those.
