They may have been going for an Otus feel, but it looks decidedly amateurish. From rpg.net the first impressions are unimpressive art and bad layout.
Will be interesting to hear what people here think about the game.

Very nostalgic for me! But I started playing Rolemaster in the late 80s. Ordered my PDF, was hopeful I could have ordered a few hardbound books. Soon hopefully.

Those are from Dragonmeet con in the UK I think. The POD version is coming in a few weeks after they do a few rounds of corrections.
