Shawn_Kehoe, aka Shawn Kehoe ;)

Open Call contributions:

Relics and Rituals, White Wolf
Nightmares & Dreams, Mystic Eye Games

Other stuff: I wrote a 30 page sourcebook for one of the d20 publishers that was accepted, but unfortunately the line went on hiatus just as I submitted the manuscript. ;) One day...

Everything I've been published in hasn't paid me, but you can see my work in:

Bastion Press's
Into the Black

EN Publishing/Mongoose Publishing
EN Gamer issue 2

And after that I took some time off...I was contacted by a few people when I did the Deity-A-Week thread and the Goblonomicon, but no one has given me anything to run with yet...

It's getting so that by the end of the year, I'm going to start my own vanity press rather than trying to work in the system. :p

My credits include the Eberron Explorer's Handbook and the just-about-to-be-released "Magic of Incarnum" from WOTC. I've also done things for Dungeon and Dragon magazines ("Pandemonium in the Veins," "Strike on the Rabid Dawn," "Fast, Furious, and Fantastic").

Steverooo (with three Os), AKA "The Steve", published as "SteveC".

"Suited Up" in Wounds Unlimited (an article on adventuring in a spacesuit).

Quite a number of articles in Lejends Magazine, including the fantasy version of the "Quick Adventure Ideas", the Sci-Fi version of which is available by following the link to my Web site. The others, I can't remember, but you can still order the CD-ROM of the first dozen or so issues from LoreCollege@aol.com, I believe. (I was asked to write a column for this mag, but since my work was generally too "controversial" for the LAddicts, I declined.)

"Tracking: It's More Than Just: 'Duh! Dey Went Dattaway!'" in the ENWorld Players' Journal #4. I also did a "Racial Background Skills" article, which was accepted, but never published, as the latest version of the mag wanted ALL rights, and I refuse to sell all rights. (That, more than anything, has kept me from being published more!)

I have heard that I also have some sort of credit in some version of the Lejendary Rules for All Players, although I have never seen it (for finding mistakes, of which there are many!)

I was also involved in the Five Minute Dungeon, from back in the 1980s, although I don't think anyone remembers it, anymore... It was popular, back then (I believe it sold out).

Game system designer (or rather lead game system designer) - Silhouette system (Dream Pod 9), I pretty much handled the bulk of all the game mechanics design and writing on the 1st edition of Silhouette that was part of the Heavy Gear game (the system has evolved under the guidance of my old editor M.-A. Vezina) - yeah the wacky dice mechanics were my idea

Major writing credits (i.e. I was a major conributor to these):

Heavy Gear rulebook (primarily mechanics but a little flavour text too)
Terra Nova sourcebook
Southern Republic Army List

Additional writing credits (i.e. I only wrote a small portion):

Dream Pod 9 products
Pretty much every Dream Pod 9 product that uses the Silhouette game system (credited as Silhouette design or something like that) - so my name appears in Tribe 8, Jovian Chronicles and Gear Krieg if I recall correctly. I haven't worked for DP9 since 1996 really but since my rules keep getting reused/referenced, I keep getting writing credits.

I think I also had a writing credit or two in Mecha Press (published by Ianus Publications, the predecessor of DP9) but I can't really recall which (if any) of my writing tidbits saw light in that magazine before it stopped production and the company split in to (creating DP9 and the publishers of Protoculture Addicts).

Battletech (FASA at the time):
Tech readout 3057
one other one I think (Invading Clans sourcebook maybe?)

E.N. World Publishing/Ambient Inc.:
Three Arrows for the King (one prestige class)

I've got a few minor non-gaming publications, most of which are government reports and documents (not all are credited since it isn't always appropriate).

Most of my involvement in the game industry was during the early-mid 90s. I quit writing to go to law school. Hellhound let me have a little fun when he accepted my submission a few years ago but other than that I'm pretty much retired as an author. It's fun to do but it doesn't pay my mortgage very well.

The real me: Neil Burton. I've been lucky enough to have contributing credits in several of Sovereign Press's Dragonlance products, to a lesser or greater extent. War of the Lance marked my most significant contribution (although that's not the only reason why it's my favourite SP Dragonlance product.. :))
