Others have. Can you point me to an official Wizards document that states you cannot? (Seriously, because I haven't been able to find one that say you cannot use DM in the title.)
I thought "DM" was a Wizard's trademark and thus off limits.

Are you going to print any through LULU?

Speaking of which, how's it been publishing through them?

Maybe. This one's being designed around color so it's possible I'll offer a color print version at Lulu and a B&W print version. I'll have more news as we get closer to release.

So far, sales at Lulu haven't been worth my time. I do think that if enough publishers use the service that will change. I'm primarily using it now just for those who want these products but only buy printed books.

According to the D20 Guide at www.wizards.com/d20 the term "Dungeon Master" is claimed. I cannot find "DM" claimed as a trademark (including in the DMG). And this isn't the first D20 product to use "DM" in the title.

If you have a link or reference to the usage of the term I would appreciate it.

My bad. I could have sworn DM was a trademark, but a search using TESS found nothing assigned to either TSR or Wizards, so I guess I was confusing "Dungeon Master" and DM. My apologies.

No problem. I assumed the same thing until I researched it.
