Campaign Planner 2 is 40-pages of forms for DMs to use when planning campaigns and adventures. This new release of forms includes several new forms, 7 forms that had been made available for free, 2 forms from the original release (with hexgrid instead of a square grid), and forms that add to the original set to offer more detail.

Advice, feedback, and suggestions by Mark Gedak, Michael Hammes, Cynthia Hahn, Dennis O'Brien, and Matt Ramsey.

NOTE: Those that already purchased the original Campaign Planner were sent a coupon to save on this new release.

Awesome piece of work.

Campaign Planner 1 FINALLY motivated me to upgrade, update and work on my campaign setting, the New Kingdoms. CP2 is a VERY nice upgrade, especially appreciate the hex paper maps (including a polyhedral world map), the session tracking sheets, etc. Very nice.

Thank you. CP3 -- which I hope to finish by the end of this month -- covers a lot more mechanical areas of the game and further expands on the first two. There were just too many good ideas to fit into this newest release.

The polyhedral world map was probably the most requested form. Next in line would have to be the monster template form.

I am happy to hear that the forms helped inspire you to work on your campaign. That's what they're there for. :)

I'm glad I found a place that sells the ink I need for only 4.95. :) I figure I'll print out two copies of CP2, keeping one in my pdf binder and the other to use.

Let me chime in with my praise as well, I printed up about twelve sheets before my ink cartidge ran out, and those twelve have already been filled. (Mostly Secret Society sheets, paranoia is good for a player's soul...) The Adventure Outline and Event based Encounters have also been filled out, now to get more ink.

If I get CP2 do I need CP1 to have a complete set of forms?

You don't exactly need CP1 to use 2 but it's highly recommended. A lot of very basic forms are in CP1, such as rumors, contacts, books allowed, prestige classes allowed, campaign finances . . .

CP2 does include the first 2 planar-related forms that I've done. (Just to tease you since I know you love the planes.)

Oh, sure. I see how you are...
:)

The forms fillable version will be released later today. Those that have already bought the Campaign Planner 2 will be sent this updated version for free.
