C cbbakke First Post Jul 7, 2008 #1 On powers like Bolstering strike CHA vs AC with damage 1-8 plus Cha mod. Do you: 1) add your str modif to Hit and for damage since it is melee attack? 2) if it is a magical weapon does that hit or damage add also?
