Rotgrubs?

Does anyone know in what book I might find the infamous rotgrub? Are they OGL?

I don't recall seeing them in any book, but Creature Catalog has a conversion of them

iirc, they're in the Tome of Horrors.

They are in the tome of Horrors. They are listed as a Hazzard. I am fairly certain the whole book is OGL.
