Just before we get into this, the plane is considered 'High Magic' which also means any number of abnormalities exist as well as a far greater spectrum of character bases. 1) A large chunk of characters seen still get away with (tail, fangs, small horns not giant Minator ones), hooves) anyway. 2) Not all creatures despise enclosed spaces, and also claustrophobia tends to be based on certain and differing amounts of restriction - for example: Ann might find having her hands bound is bad, whereas Bhryn would feel largely uncomfortable with something of less than three by three by six feet of space and Zeren may find that whilst he enjoys the wide open spaces, the tavern itself makes him naturally jittery. So simply completely categorising them all together isn't a viable idea. However, the High Magic of the Rotunda plane means wings should be allowed. There are races that are faerunian that have wings they actually can't just shrug off (Avariel / Valkazyan / Phoenician etc etc) and probably don't have the magic or wear withal to hide them. 3) Though if that rule should be inforced still that they are not alloud i think that animal stripes or spots on your body should also be band unless there tattoos. Fair enough - but then anyone can claim tattoo and they'd be believed. Or what about skin abnormalities that mock stripes or spot patterns? Or if that really nasty neighbour of yours saw you sunbathing and put strips of paper in the way so you ended up with an odd tan... (Unlikely in them days but I did see it done recently... kind of amusing... ) I think having some sense of control about the setting would help though - of course there's no way a giant dragon or a giant...or a full blown gnoll or the like will be able to make it in there. Not without at least TRYING to look humanoid and of humanoid size. Maybe that's the key, to look as humanoid as you can make yourself...
