I went and made some counts, these may not be accurate but may give you a good idea of what to vote for now.

Code:
Rapid Shot 1
Weapon Finesse 2
Point Blank Shot 3
Improved Initiative	4
Precise Shot 4
Spell Penetration	4
Power Attack 11
Two-Weapon Fighting	14
Improved Critical 19

So basically, at this point, the only two candidates are REALLY TWF and ImpCrit, with Power Attack maybe considered a laughable 3rd party candidate entry.

With this in mind, I'll vote Two Weapon Fighting because the extra attack isn't really as effective as a higher critical range, even if that range doesn't stack. With this feat, I can save my gold and buy other enhancements.

I think that says about everything you need to know about the analytical prowess of the anti-TWF voters in this thread.

Hm? TWF is inferior to 2HWeapons and takes a feat to use effectively. Unless you have Sneak Attack. So, I don't see how it is any good. Rapid Shot, on the other hand, is easy to take advantage of because you can use it from a distance, you've already given up shields for your style, and you don't have to buy a second magical weapon (big one).

TWF is teh shiznit if you have one or more of those:
  • Low Strength score (gnome, halfling, goblin, kobold, rogue, finesse fighter, monk, etc.).
  • Sneak attack, surprise strike, or skirmish + good Tumble score (Tumble DC 40 lets you move 10 ft. as a five-foot step, no AoO, still able to do a full attack).
  • Weapons with good bonus damage (like flaming+shocking+thundering).
  • An opponent a bit hard to hit.

In all of those situations, the more attacks, the merrier. It'll increase your overall damage output.

Two-handed weapons are teh shiznit if you're a raging half-orc barbarian facing a monster with good DR which your weapon do not overcome.

Since it's down to Improved Critical vs. Two-Weapon Fighting, I think the choice is obvious: away with Improved Critical, a feat easily replaced with a cheap weapon enhancement and an even cheaper spell.
