The only requirement for membership is the willingness to wear a puffy shirt, which is the club uniform of course. Being awesome is also encouraged, but not required.

Thanks for clearing up the pronunciation of his name; I had been wondering if it was pronounced as the verb "to rouse" or to rhyme with "mouse."
Always admired his posting style hereabouts.
