Personal opinion after having run it.. I'm really fond of Zeitgeist. My players took to the setting quickly and things just flew along.
- Nice variety of conflict
- Good plot that's really easy to fit other things in to as the players desire.
- Author is on these forums and there's a good amount of Q&A available.
Only drawback is it's not fully 5E yet, but I think I saw the effort being made to convert. Whether that's an issue or not is up to your legwork
