RPG.NET down [Again] ?

For the last four hours roughly I haven't been able to access rpg.net. Does anyone here have the same problem ? Does anyone know what happened ?

I suspect that, given RPGNet's financial woes (which are much like what this site just experienced), the server being down is related to outstanding debt. I know Allan Sugerbaker indicated it is very questionable as to whether the site was even going to continue after the end of the month given the debt and costs of operation, so it won't surprise me if that is the reason why.
