I get this message when attempting to get a PDF:

Andrew - are you logging into the site directly, or from a bookmark?

If from a bookmark, you may be using an incorrect bookmark with a PHPSESSION code in the link, which causes major problems like this.

Some newer publishers and a few fans have been posting links to products and pages @ RPGnow with these PHPSESSION codes intact, which s where the problem comes from.
