Yesterday I ordered the new "Book of Broken Dreams" EDS and have yet to recieve even an e-mail notification, let alone my download link. And yes, my account does show my order was processed.
Anyone know if they are having problems ?
If not, how do I contact customer service?
I already sent an e-mail to the Sales Manager, but have not got an answer.
