An update!

Hello again,

Just a quick update here. First, The RPG Platform will be divided into two sections, Publishers and Gamers. I am planning on the pdf being as print friendly as possible, since I know how expensive ink cartridges are.

The first two issues will be free and advertising will be free as well. Publishers, I will be contacting you with details for the free advertising.

I am aiming for the release of the first issue on Monday, August 5th. A website will be up in a couple of days with additional information and writer's guidelines.

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, please email me.

Things are looking very good for The RPG Platform and want to thank everyone for their support and encouragement.

Thanks!

An interesting topic appeared in the Rants Forum at Mortality:

How difficult is it for you to find d20 products in bookstores and hobby shops? I know about the problems in the UK and Europe.

But what about the rest of you? Australia, Canada, the United States, South America.

I am willing to work on something like this, but can't do it alone or with a staff of just 2. The logistics alone would be a nightmare, but I believe it can be done. (I know, I'm ever hopeul. Or crazy. Probably both.)

What I need to know from Gamers and Publishers, would you like to see something like this?

A Trade Magazine/Catalog or just a catalog that acts like a magazine?

Or strictly a Catalog?

Looks like the RPG Platform is in good hands. I'll be sure to keep my eyes open for opportunities to help you when I can! :)

Thanks, CM!

btw, you've got some really nice maps on your site!

My pleasure, Anna. Thank you, also, for the compliment. Coming from you (someone who makes some killer maps) adds immeasurably to my self-esteem. :)

(Wait'll you see what's in store soon... ;) )
