- DESCRIPTION: Recared’s Unclean Pamphlet is a collection of new unclean powers. These powers may be introduced to the campaign as scrolls or used by NPC opponents who use the powers to make the PCs suffer. In Anzhela and the Caged Skulls, the PCs are seated around one of an inn’s many tables enjoying their breakfast and planning for the day when Anzhela enters the room. And then things get weird. The Living Statue of Alk Baum came about from a reading of The Unclean Leporello of the Foul Wizard Baum which included all of those unnatural powers the woman discovered except for one. A power that was so close to her evil heart that she omitted it from her library, destroying the unclean scroll only moments after her one and only time using it. The PCs must contend with the ramifications of Baum’s reading of the now-destroyed scroll.
