Players' Codex Book Two provides the magic of the Outer. Dungeon Adventures includes storyless dungeons. Includes: GM maps and separate player maps, adventures for three to four character two for levels 2-4, two for levels 4-6, and two for levels 9-11. Danger in the Deep is an adventure designed as a level-0 module. PCs, while enduring training from masters, teachers, and instructors in exchange for services rendered, have had their services out to the Major Wildaxe of Ironhammer to help ferry much needed supplies to the Iron Mountains wargront with the Giants of Vultog. Deliver the supplies and come back in one piece. The Ruins of Zikx is a campaign adventure designed for four to five characters at level seven, whose total combined levels should be between 26-33. Works with the Shaleria Campaign Setting book. After a deadly encounter in the dwarven town of Shagour, the PCs have stumbled upon a dark secret which had been hidden for centuries, away from the prying eyes of the world. The local inhabitants have been raised on the legend of Orwid Swamp: an unknown deadly disease that spread throughout the land long ago, and the rise of the undead from the dark murky waters. Now, the PCs find themselves being called upon to put to rest the twisted foulness of the swamp once and for all. Smugglers Run is an adventure designed for four to five players from levels one to two. The PCs are hired to investigate a lost caravan. What seems a simple task that any farmhand could do turns into something much more intriguing.

The cover was a placeholder and might get updated.
So as a "backer" of the kickstarter, I can shed a bit of light on that. Apparently, the image that is on the cover in your initial post was originally gonna be like the default cover. Unfortunately, it was revealed that the image for the first cover design was plagiarized by the guy that they had doing the cover art, and they had to sadly go with a newer option that looked so-so.

The original image was known as the "Necro-Maria" and was done by a person named Billeisl IIRC.

The default image ended up as thus:

The Doug Kovac image is this:

Gnometown Hero
The adventure is also not really a re-release, IMO. (I'm also a backer.) This is a 3E adventure that is available as a 5E and DCC adventure for the first time (in two separate versions), and is expanded throughout, including with new art and in a backer-exclusive book featuring an extra level. (I sold mine to Noble Knight, so you may be able to snag it there.)

If you thought that the Tomb of Horrors was A) too easy and B) didn't have enough difficult fights, this is the book for you. As opposed to spending one long and difficult session in the Tomb of Horrors, the Crypt of the Devil Lich will likely take multiple sessions to defeat, assuming player characters survive.

I picked up Crypts and Creatures at GameHole last year. It has a very OSR-friendly feel to it, even though it's not OSR.
The designer, whose name escapes me, is a really nice guy, and his sales pitch was what inspired me to pick up the entire set.
It's a very very easy to understand system, and I feel like it's a very good introduction system to people that may not want to play WOTC's finest, as you can pick up everything for this game at the cost of only one WOTC hardcover. :)

Eyes of Nine

Everything's Fine
The image of the back of the core rule book says "Simple system based from [sic] the d20 SRD." So maybe it's OSR, but hearkening back to 3rd Ed/d20? (let's not litigate what, exactly, is OSR...)
