ah....I wouldn't expect a reply from the RPGA for that. Usually they are pretty good with me for correspondence, but this is the busiest time of year for them.

You're better off just getting her a new number. Memberships are free, so just sign her up again.

Yep, don't expect an immediate reply. Usually it takes around a week. This time of year, much more. You should have no trouble finding a new card/number for her at Gencon. Usually they keep stacks of them in the mustering area.
