(I'm posting this publicly as it's several months away and new publishers might be interested)...
This is the last call for any more participants for our huge 3 page Dungeon Magazine ad. I need confirmation and paymnet in the next day or two. If I don't get enough, I'll offer second locations to people who have already signed up (as several wanted more than one space) to fill out the ad.
To review:
Due to a huge amount of interest, it looks like we're going to have a 3 page ad! That's one intro page on the right side, followed by a 2 page spread. This will surely grab people’s attention at GenCon and is almost like a mini catalog!
We have settled on a rough layout and prices for the ad. See these two images:

There are 3 types of ads in general:
C) Cover only display $50
P) Product cover w/a line of text $75
F) Feature (cover & a couple lines of text) $200-250
The sizes listed in the layout design are rough and not guaranteed exact as we need to reserve some creative freedom to make sure the ad looks good and not overcrowded.
Ads will be sold on a first come / first PAID bases. Please email me with the location ID that you want to buy and I'll confirm if it's still available. You will then have to pay with either credit card, paypal, or your outstanding earnings.
It is possible we'll do more of these co-op ads in the future, but the value of this issue is great since 30,000 extras will be handed out at GenCon. Dragon would be nice too, but it cost more. If a couple people are interested in a more regular ad presence, RPGNow has negotiated excellent rates so we'd help broker deals on half or 1/8th pages if you want.
