RPGNow EDGE Opens!

I really like the new look and having an integrated account with both sites (shopping cart and wish list). Nicely done. :)

One suggestion: perhaps you could merge the two manufacturers pull down lists on the home pages of RPGNow and the Edge. I use that feature a lot, and it would make navigating between the two sites a little bit easier.

Also, if you enter through the Edge, I just noticed that if I click on something on my Wish List from a RPGNow-designated merchant, the product page (or merchant's home page) comes up with an Edge page frame around it and not an RPGNow page frame. Same goes for the links on the History page.

Okay, after bouncing around the site a bit, I have to ask: are these just different front ends to the same "back end"? It seems I have no problem getting to reviews of different publishers on either sites, and from there I can back navigate to supposed non-edge publishers on the edge site.

Yes. But does it matter? I told you it would be more like a master category then a new site. The idea is to clear clutter on the main site from unproven vendors, while giving them a spotlight site to show off at the same time.

I sent you guys an email earlier in the week regardin other payment options (cashiers check, money order, etc.) bu I have not heard back from your company. The only thing that prevents me currently from making purchases is the lack of other payment options. Believe me, I would love to purchase PDF+Book options, but I am without ability to do so.

Well, it matters inasmuch as it alleviates some of my concerns. :) I thought I might need to search through two lists if I wanted to search everything, that products from the other subsite might not show up in the side banners or "also purchased" products (which I frequently use to discover new products).

I have not seen such an email... where did you send it? You might have sent it to our customer service email. If you have a hotmail address you're system is probably filtering out our email as spam. That happens a lot :(

Anyway, we do accept money orders (from any bank or post office)... just mail them to the address on our contact page: http://www.rpgnow.com/contact.php and include the reference number found on the checkout page.

I'm not seeing it. I followed the contact link at InfoCentral, and didn't see an address there either.
