rpgnow's email?

For the last few weeks I've not been able to view the rpgnow or drivethru website. I get one page then any page I go to only shows me the top banner and even reloading on the main page shows me nothing but the top banner. Same situation in both internet explorer and firefox and on my work computer and home computer.

Can somebody tell me their customer service email so I can let them know the problem? Anybody else experiencing the same problem?

There's a web forum "contact us" page here, but I guess that's no use to you if you can't view the site.

I can't easily find the email address, but it's worth justs ending an email to variations of customerservice@rpgnow.com, custserv@rpgnow.com, etc.

After scouring the site, and remembering that rpgnow and drivethru (and another I think) are actually operated by OneBookShelf, I finally found their email address in the newsletter...

It's: custserv@onebookshelf.com
