I bought it and like most of it. The only thing that puzzles me is the absence of knowledge (tactics) for Hannibal. You think that the man who led his army to win a battle and kill more than 30,000 people (10 legions) in one day would have a bit more know how than the average person on how to win wars.

Yeah that's a definite SNAFU. Id substitute his Knowledge (geography) ranks for tactics.
