RPing being Wraith'd to 1 CON

Anything more than breathing would likely be exhausting to do for more than a few seconds; that'd include standing, walking, feeding oneself, talking, etc. Simply stumbling & falling, or enduring anything less than ideal temperatures could cause further injury and possibly death. Maintaining control of one's bowels would likely be nothing more than a wishful thought....

Very evocative. I'd strongly suggest this to anyone looking to RP such a low CON, especially as a result of supernatural injury.

Bruises will blossom on them just from being held, or perhaps just from sleeping on the ground. They will bleed very easily.

The paleness and 'becoming part of another world' would be cool, too, depending on just how high-fantasy or high-magic you're going. Parts of him might become almost transparent, his skin would be like ice, he'd lose the will or perhaps even the ability to eat, his eyes would become like black pits, his breath might leave frost in his beard, etc.

I'd say your situation resembles that of a certain halfling:

"He is passing into the Shadow World. Soon he'll become a wraith like one of them."

I'd say that as your Con goes down, you become paler and more insubstantial, seeming to literally fade into nothingness. Perhaps you can see right through the character at this point, and he's light as a feather.

I was going to go there, too. This character is basically Frodo after getting shivved by the Witch King.

It's not in the rules per se, but I'd play this character as pale and weak, constantly hovering on death's door. He may still possess his strength, but he can't normally draw on it... to use his regular strength score is to heroically draw upon his reserves, as Frodo does at the ford when the Nazgul have him boxed in.

If you don't mind departing from the rules a bit, give this character something like the "Exhausted" condition... some kind of huge penalty to STR and DEX and half or quarter movement rate. If he wants to act at full potential, it costs him 1 hp per round to do so. Most of the time the character lays around delirious and breaking out in cold sweats.

It jacks over an already mostly jacked character, but I think it would be the cooler and more flavorful way to handle it.

Very high fantasy, and very high magic, though most Stagnetians are level 10 or less. As such, the magic is more of a product of the world itself than the people. Each of the six primary Stagnetian kingdoms has at least one class paragon of some high level (12+), which fulfills a gubernatorial, class appropriate role in that kingdom.

Sherbet (CG), Clr15 (Temple leader), Brd 14 (In the town itself)
Phonix (NG), Ftr12 (North) and Bbn12(South). Both are generals of the opposing armies.
Lonned Algej (LN), Wiz14, Imperator of the Mages' Council.
Ophelia (CN), Drd16 (Applied Geomantic Research Group, High Leader)
Dramavia (N), Sor15 (Illusionist and master of a Cavern of Trials)
Immanuel (LG), Pal13, High Knight of Revan.

As for the poor cleric, Devin would be almost unable to eat, and they'd pretty much have to almost force him to continue living or eating for the time being. At this point, he would also be under a fair bit of depression (as much as someone with 18 WIS can be depressed), and gain a less than healthy obsession with the world of the dead.

PROTIP: Superior, a Clr15, is capable of Discern Location and Greater Scrying. It's nothing at all to inspire him to get a Clr10 with the Travel domain out there to sort it out.

Step 1: Discern Location
Step 2: Greater Scrying
Step 3: Message, "I scryed on you guys a while ago and noticed one of your allies needed dire assistance. I'll send someone over to help out."
Step 4: Clr9 envoy with Travel Domain teleports to location (all Taras clerics of 5th or greater have Studied Carefully all places of Stagnetia, and Superior himself is Very Familiar with all of them.)
Step 5: Envoy restores Devin
Step 6: Envoy teleports out.
Step 7: Profit.

The whole thing would take 30 minutes to do, including preparations, social interaction and the like. However, it reeks of Deus Ex Machina, and I'm not sure if it's worth that. Then again, much divination is a tiny bit DXM by nature, so I'll think it over.
