Looks like I found an adventure for my Sunday game!
The six PCs are from 9th to 11th level, and are trapped on the planes (currently on the demiplane of 'Bleak Faerie'), and will be looking for ways to get back to the Prime.
I don't allow plane shift, and they don't have ethereal magic yet. So they'll be looking for portals back to their homeworld, and it is said that there is a part of Bleak Faerie that was once ruled by a terrible frog god.
