Rule Clarification... Wintertouched feat and combat advantage

I assume the combat advantage granted by the Wintertouched feat still only effects the triggering PC, and not the other characters? I haven't kept up with all the errata and changes, so I don't know if Wizards decided this works differently or not.

Yes, the feat only grants combat advantage to the PC with the feat under the stated conditions.
