do i get more ues of the mystic arcanum thing meaning that of i ue my level 6 version can i also use my level 7 one if i have acces to it

A warlock of level 13 would have a 7th level Mystic Arcanum and a 6th level Mystic Arcanum. Each could be used once per long rest.
