If you want to know one really nasty way to bring the guy down quickly, you could pull an Xavier on him. Just have a high level psion mindwipe him.
Mindwipe is a devastatingly effective power.
Say a 17th level telepath with Twin Power and Quicken Power wanted to take him down.
While schismed, he throws two twinned mindwipes and a quickened mindwipe at him. That's 5+5+5+5+5 negative levels per round. 25 negative levels in 6 seconds. Now granted, it allows a Fort save and this guy's got a ring that let's him autopass saves that he fails. But as heal doesn't affect negative levels, as soon as he doesn't use a charge or he runs out... Down he goes. And it's only a 4th level power, so at 15 power points a shot (after metapsionics) the telepath can keep this up all day.
Actually, there are plenty of holes in this tactic too, and it's more fun to blast through all 420 of his hit points 9 times, but I was bored and I haven't posted my Xavier Mindwipe yet. So there it is.
