Rules for creating a "kingdom"

Hey folks I read a few pages and couldnt find a seach function so if this has been covered ad nausium please forgive.

The campaign im playing in after a 14 level quest basicaly from level one to now a player has gained a "kingdom"(shattered and weak) and I was looking for rules sets for generating it. The local ecology for the most part is covered as its in a campaign setting. Im looking more for running the daily life like taxation and income generation. That being said im sure the DM would be willing to generate stuff like natural resources and such. So my question is; is there a book or group of books that have the info im looking for?? Ive got no prob tracking them down and buying them.

well i got no books for you but...
welcome to the boards :D i'm sure someone will help you.
BTW-the search option is for supporting clients i.e paying ones. i thinks the special offer of 20$ a year is still relavent.
