Rules for playing a Thri-kreen as a PC?

Are there any rules for playing a Thri-Kreen in 3.5 (or even 3.0)? I forget if they are in Savage Species or not. I'm looking for all the usual. Level adjustments for the class, bonus/penalities to stats, special abilities they get, etc.

Savage Species and Monster Manual II both cover 3.0, and should pretty much apply to 3.5 with some tweeking,

Thri kreen will be in the Revised Psionics Handbook. If the hint was correct, they will have a LA of +2, with 2 HD.

they've just issued Dark Sun 3 as a free pdf and there are full rules for playing a Thri kreen in there.
