Rules on getting drunk?

Any rules (official or otherwise) regarding getting drunk? I'm looking for save DCs, effects of getting drunk, and even hang overs.

Lots of good suggestions if you want more detailed rules.

If you are wanting something relatively simple to handle it, I see several modules say to apply the sickened condition to those that are drunk or hungover. So pretty much apply a -2 penalty on all attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks.
 

Rules:

1. When at all possible, practice the buddy system. That way it's two people doing something stupid together when your smashed.
2. If she looks good now, your going to regret it in the morning. Step away.
3. It is never a good idea to get naked and run.
4. Most sober people CAN tell that you are smashed.
5. Making yourself throw up can save a little of the massive hang over you are going to have.
 

I treat alcohol like a poison, which is essentially what it is. Different forms of alcohol have varying DCs and ability damage. Drinks beyond the first impose a cumulative -1 penalty to the fortitude save.
