Rules Question - Sharing Spells

If I am a Druid who can share spells with his animal companion, what spells can I share?

Do they have to have a target of "You" or "Creature touched" or similar?

Can I share Produce Flame with my animal companion?

Don't forget Share spells anchors you to your companion if you don't want the effect to end for your animal. So unless you are mounted on your companion or the DM lets you take your movement simultaneously with your companion, you are stuck where you are until you are ready to lose the spell on your companion.

"The animal companion must be within 5 feet of her at the time of casting to receive the benefit. If the spell or effect has a duration other than instantaneous, it stops affecting the animal companion if the companion moves farther than 5 feet away and will not affect the animal again, even if it returns to the druid before the duration expires."
