Unfortunately the youtuber has not changed their statement, and left the video up, which is of course their choice.

However, it is unfortunate, because the video is still spreading disinformation (and still getting thousands of clicks), and the video comments are still going on, taking the video at face value without questioning anything.

It is concerning because this entire rumor has no weight at all, and it never did, because you just can't get rid of the OGL.
