Runecaster experiences

Any thoughts on whether the Runcaster PrC (FRCS) is a little overpowered W.R.T. creation times etc.?

[edit] Lets rename this to see if I can get anymore responses...

Will you all relate your experiences playing the Runecaster as a character...

And anyone's thoughts on whether the really lenient (almost no time at all) creation times are balanced or have you all house ruled it to similar to scroll creation times etc.

I have never played that class or seen it in action, but i dont think it is overpowered in any way.

Maybe you want to share with us WHY you think/fear it is overpowered?

There's a runecaster PC in our game right now, and it hasn't been overwhelming.

Mind you, the player isn't know for his fiendish minmaxing brilliance....
