RuneQuest + Hârn = My New Obsession!

Late to the party? You bet your bottom dollar.

Worried about it? Not in the slightest!

Having rediscovered RQ and am voraciously reading everything I can about Hârn (the setting not the game system), I haven't been this excited to run a game and tell stories for a really long time.

Here's proof!

Too many people think that one needs to use Harnmaster to play in Harn. Certainly not true, as many fine GMs have shown in the Alternate Realities forum of lythia.com.

Hell, Hârnmaster is a fellow percentile sytem. One could easily use just the combat mechanics of either game in the other...

Noting, tho', that my experiences with Character Gen for Hârnmaster are about all I've done with it, and imply that the resulting characters are more broadly, but much less deeply skilled.

HârnMaster is a bit too complex for me. RQ is a nice middle spot imho
