If/when I get around to running CoS I’m going to replace the shambling mound at the end with a flesh golem animated by the spirit of the dead infant... he’ll be calling out for his “mama”. Now I’ve written it out it seems pretty dark! But it bothers me that the idea of an infant is introduced and never resolved.

I instill fear to my players by telling them that if their character dies and they have to create a new one, it starts from scratch again.
