Does this feat only work with Warlock powers, or is it effective for powers of all kinds?

It was errataed to only work with Warlock powers back in 2009.

(saying this from memory based on a warlock that was in my group a year ago ...) I think there is errata for it that inserts the word 'warlock' in there, making it warlock encounter powers only.

I would reference the errata document just to be certain though.

In the first sentence of the Benefit line, add “warlock” before “encounter power”.
