San Antonio vs........"Cleveland"?!?

And I'm a die hard Pistons fan, so I hate both teams. :p
Any chance Billups will stay in Detroit? Maybe they could get J. Kidd to replace him.

I thought Utah over-achieved this year, Olaf. Good for them. Next year's 2009 Finals: Utah vs. Chicago? :)

P.S. Who wants Zach Randolph? I'm looking to trade him.

Oh, and I believe the suspensions were for leaving the bench, not for anything else they did (The 2 pheonix players)

Yeah, that's what it was for. I thought it was stupid because those are two of the Sun's better players, and they didn't do anything, they didn't get into the fight at all, and just went right back to the bench.

However, the league said there would be no exceptions, and players had to be suspended for leaving the bench. No exceptions.

But then it turns out that Tim Duncan left the bench earlier in the game when that guy fell on top of the Suns player after hanging on the rim. (it was all over all the sports shows). He didn't do anything, and just went right back. I don't think it deserved a suspension, and the Phoenix players shouldn't have got one either.

HOWEVER, I thought there were supposed to be no exceptions to the leaving the bench, right? Well, they just made an exception for Duncan. If they're all about no exceptions, he should have been suspended too.

Actually, they were talking about that in the Detroit Free Press. With the Blazers getting either Oden or Durant, Randolph won't be as important for them.

And the Bigs for the Pistons are getting OLD by NBA standard. All in their 30's, Rasheed, Mcdyess, Dale Davis, Webber, and Mohamed. So they could use a young PF.

And Randolph is from MSU, so that'd be good for him to come to Detroit, so there could very possibly be a trade. I don't know who would go from Detroit, what could Portland use?

Will the Jazz ever win a championship while I'm alive.

The Jazz will only win a championship after they either:

1) Move back to New Orleans

or

2) Change their name to something that reflects Utah- like "Mountaineers"

Yeah, I'm always reminded by that little bit in the movie Baseketball, "The Jazz moved to Utah, where they don't allow music."

Remember what they said about the Pistons and the Lakers not all that long ago....

Yeah, but that was stupid. Everyone knew the Lakers had issues, and basically got out of the west because they were able to intimidate all the teams they'd been beating up on for years; the Pistons would not have beat any of the other top teams in the west in the Finals.

Will anyone outside of Detroit ever give the Pistons their due? Even at the very end of that last game, when the Pistons became the champions, the announcer did a Freudian slip and gave the final score as the Lakers winning....

Portland has young point guards, so they might be interested in Billups. However, a quick small forward would be nice too. Hmmmmmm....

How about this: I'll give you Z. Randolph and Darius Miles for Tayshaun.

/I'll throw in Raef La Frentz too.

I wish that were true but the Lakers broke that rule years ago. :(
