Hello all! I'm starting a new pbp game over at GroovyGamers. I hope it is not a breach of protocol to post a recruitment thread here as well. Please look to the link below for more information.

http://groovygamers.com/viewtopic.php?t=1163

Game Title: Sanctuary, the published adventure by Auran d20.

About the Adventure: The adventure takes place in the small community of Cherrimoor, a northern shire of the Kingdom of Llan that shares its borders with the more barbaric lands of Char-Endl. One of the players should be a minor noble in House Thungar, the rulers of a small barony in Elkia, a small nation to the south of Llan. The other characters should be part of that person's retinue or close circle of companions, or perhaps other nobles in the family. The adventure begins after you visit Thungar Manor to pay your respects to the dying head of the family, Sir Guilard. If you need any more setting information, I will be happy to a) provide it, or b) invent it with you.

System: D&D 3.5ed

Players Wanted: 4 players, 4th level

Posting Rate: I will update the adventure a couple times a week. A like number of posts from each player is expected. More is perfectly acceptable, so long as you don't expect it to speed up the pace of the adventure.

Special Rules: None. I will allow only the PHB and the DMG for all player options.

Advancement Rules: None, this will be a one-shot adventure without advancement. Play for the joy of gaming, not the xp and loot. It is a good-sized adventure that will take months to run.

Still need a couple players. We have one expressed interest and one working on a character. I added quite a bit of world info in the thread, so feel free to stop by and check it out. :)

Nope, you’re completely in your right but experience has shown that given people some more information, lack a summary of your game, is never a bad thing. :)
