1) Does the DR from the class ability stack with the DR from BioFeedback? (does DR stack in general?)

2) Does the Healing Touch ability work only with asterix'd powered selected as a Sangehirn, or will it 'retroactively' work. (Ie. if they took Vigor as a 1st level PW, could it still work with Healing Touch?)

3) How do you feel about the power of the class in general? At first glance, getting DR *and* fast heal seems a bit powerful, but it is also a very restrictive powers list...

No and no.

It would retroactively work because vigor is on the Sangehirn's power list. The power must be on the list and either (1) personal or (2) asterix'd.

It does seem strong, but it seems entirely defensive. The very limited list makes every Sangehirn identical for the most part. I personally wouldn't think it makes for a playable PrC.
