[QUOTE="dikaiosunh, post: 5315806, member: 55255"] King Kalak of Tyr's death was followed by chaos and fire in the city - opportunity for adventurers like yourselves. In a few days, walls that had stood a thousand years or more were torn down, and once proud nobles were forced to beg for their lives in the streets. Things have quieted now, with the remaining Templars re-asserting control, but there are still many places where take what you want and keep what you can defend are the whole of the law - such as the outlying manors of the Tyrian noble families. Many of the great manors were looted and burned, or occupied by their former slaves, but at least one still stands. A day's ride to the south, the Templar Ernod made his home, and his cruelty and mastery of dark arcane arts was legendary. When Kalak died, would-be raiders found the gates of his compound locked shut, and no slaves of his have been seen. Do you dare to plunder where they have failed? Or do you have nobler hopes for the fate of those Ernod once enslaved? This is a scenario for 4-6 1st or 2nd level PCs. Pre-gens will be provided, but you can also roll your own if you prefer.
