Saurian shifters

I remember reading in one of the recent issues of Dragon that one of the upcoming issues has saurian or saurial shifters. I assume these are shifters from Eberron with some form of "were-dinosaur" heritage or something?

Which issue are they supposed to be in?

You assume correctly, mechanically there's very little difference between the races- looks like the reptilian subtype and one extra trait. They're in 328, which should be on shelves now.

Does it give them different options when they take the shifter prestige class? ie. Instead of having the werebear or werewolf form, could they be a were-tyrannosaur or were-clawfoot or something?

No, no reference to the PrC, although a sidebar does suggest saurian shifters be able to take shifter feats. The traits they have access to are beasthide, longtooth, razorclaw and four new ones. Broadwing (Lessen fall damage), junglerunner (Double longstride's bonus), raptorleap (Bonus to jumping), and widetail (Grants a tail attack).

I wouldn't expect there to be any tie-in to saurian shifters in the upcoming Races of Eberron either, the book was probably finished before the article was submitted.
