This is kind of a goofy question, but I'll ask it anyway. In our ongoing Scarred Lands game, I'm playing a halfling wizard named Milo Greenbrook, who moved to Shelzar but still has family back in Zathiske.

I've decided that Milo's folks live in a village somewhere between Quelsk and the Bloodspur Hills. What's a good name for that village?

i warned you it was a goofy question

Not that goofy. How about Stout?

Death Jester,

Sadly there are no current spell updates or conversions online. There are plans for R&R3 to have some updates from other sources, but not as definitive as R&R2 was about compiling all those sources. I think though I'll try to put that on my to do list.
What's the latest info on R&R III?

Hm...it lacks a certain Zathiskan sound, honestly. I was hoping for something a little more exotic-sounding. Any other suggestions? ;)

(When we come back to Shelzar, Milo's likely to get involved with the Zathiskan patriots working against Calastia, so I was going to really play up his backstory. Having a more regionally-specific town name helps suggest that he might be a Zathiskan first and a halfling second, and that'd be neat.)

makes me wish they'd put more detailed maps in the ghelspad book

John,

Not much other than R&R3 isn't open call and they are doing some spell updates for 3.5.

Herp,

Okay how about Khaladon?

Herp,

Glad I could help.

Taelorn,

No this is not the Exacaliber one. R&R 3 is (as far as I know) Scarred Lands based.

I would like to thank Boot of Nero for his contribution. While you could just pick up the White Wolf/S&SS Insider, for those that don't have it, this is a preview of what is to come from Edge of Infinity:

There are four types of planes in the Scarn cosmology.

The Material Plane, the Fundamental Planes, the Occult Planes, and
the Divine Planes. The Material Plane is, of course, our beloved
world of Scarn, home of the sundered titans and location of the
recently ended Divine War. The Fundamental Planes are basically the
Inner Planes: the Elemental Planes and the two Energy Planes. The
Occult Planes are so named because of their supreme importance to
magic of all types: The Astral Plane, the Ethereal Plane, the Plane
of Shadow, and Erias' Dream Realm. The Divine Planes are the realms
of the Eight Victors. There are also Zodiacal Planes, lil mini-
planes ruled by the spirits of the Zodiac.

As to the names of the Divine Planes, here we go!

The Mithral Heaven, the Golden Paradise, the Eternal Glades, the
Timeless Vault, the Howling Limbo, the Iron Hells, the Black Lands,
and the Pestilential Abyss.
Thanks for the insight Boot.

Well I found out the title for R&R3: Forbidden Lore. Wonder if this means we'll get some high power necromancy spells? :)

OK, I've been away from this thread for some time and have not read through it all, so if this question has been answered before, I apologize.

I am looking for the best source(s) for information on the Charduni. Inspired by some of the wonderful story hours on these boards, I am looking to create a long-term story arc. I am thinking about an arc that is centered upon the reemergence of the Charduni as a power on Ghelspad (where my campaign is centered). As a result I would like to read up on what has already been writtten about them as a society. I'm pretty sure that the current material puts them as mostly found on Termana now, so is that campaign book a good source? How about Faithful and Forsaken, is it worth it?
