Been relatively new to SL and really having only read and purchased "The Divine and the Defeated", I am looking at this topic thru the eyes of my character, a cleric of Madriel with the domains of Sun and Healing. I would like to see my DM have a chance to use adventures dealing with undead, whom for some reason through out my gaming experience I have always hated. Therefore, at first I would feel that Chern would be the one I'd like to see get his "dues".
However, (there is alway a however, no?) I have to agree with Barastrondo's arguement for Golthagga. Being that Corean is in a way the default "Zeus" type of the SL Gods, having a true antagonist, your opposite but yet similar is very Greek mythology. It is not your typical black and white, good vs evil type of scenario but instead it is artist vs artist (as their followers probably would see it). Plus, I believe a Golthagga scenario can be flexible enough that any party, even a non Corean party, can easily be sucked into the intrigue and plot of creatures of said Titan.
Anyway, that is my two cents. Have a good day.
