THURSDAY - AUGUST 18, 2005
The SCI FI Channel has changed its September broadcast schedule to double up on the summer finales of Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis, with each show airing back-to-back episodes for a 2-hour event.
SG-1 will air both "Prototype" and "The Fourth Horseman, Part 1" on Friday, September 16. Atlantis will end the first half of its sophomore season with both "Aurora" and "The Lost Boys" on Friday, September 23.
Battlestar Galactica will air normally next month, with its mid-season finale also on September 23.
The second half of the 20-episode new season is expected to resume in the U.S. in January, following the traditional fall rerun break.
