I wish Whedon would just stop.
Why not simple ignore him and his shows? There are people that like his work, and wouldn't it be unfair to them to take that away just because someone else doesn't like it? I mean, if he is directly offending and propagating eating babies, the third world war and burning the American flag, I could see why he should stop, but, well, he isn't doing that.

Damn, still no definite info about whether Terminator will be back. Although its very lack of mention doesn't bode well. :(

According to Hollywood Reporter, Terminator is back for a second season. It starts in the fall. Whether this is good or bad, I don't know - I don't watch the show. Just thought I'd pass the info along.

Thanks. But I'd really like for FOX to officially confirm it. Ah, well. May isn't that far away now...

Trust me on this one: Whedon had plenty to do with the success of Buffy and Angel.
I used to think so. But then I saw the stuff he's done since. And then I realized that the timing of when Buffy and Angel each turned to crap was pretty much right after David Greenwalt left both shows. And then I started to wonder.

Complaining about it is more fun?
Complaining is... normal. Outright wishing people to just stop, usually not. (Exception is if the author/director uses good novels or tries to make sequels for good movies and fails consistently. But if they basically make up most of the story them self, why desire them to stop?) Ah, but this is going way off-topic... ;)

Based upon my experience and the Fox network, those numbers will be inversely proportional to how much I like the shows.
Like others, I'm going to ditto this, too.

In any case, I'll certainly give them all a try. I'm not hopeful about any of 'em, but I'll watch them while they last if I like them.

He and his shows/movies are easy to ignore, but it's almost impossible to ignore his legion of fans. They're everywhere. They probably peaked with Firefly, I was inundated by people pimping that show everwhere I went online, even sports and political sites and newsgroups. Ugh.
