Sci-Fi system like 5e D&D

Hi all I'm a big fan of 5e D&D and its the go to game for our group, we rotate DM's but always stick with this system. Currently this isn't so much of an issue, however I don't want the group to suffer from burnout and become bored by it.

So to offer a bit of a change I wanted to run a Sci-Fi game. What I was wondering is if there was a system out there that had the same feel and balance as 5e does. The mix of narrative and rules of 5e are a pretty good fit for our group.

I really like the look of the FFG star wars system, and it'd be nice to play a star wars game, however the look of the rules leave me a little in doubt as it seems very narrative led. This might be a good thing for very creative groups (as I'm told a lot of the emphasis is on the players to think up complications and boons when they occur) but I'm not sure it would gel well with my group, and as I'll be DM'ing I don't want to be lumbered with doing all the extra narration (a little more is fine)

What research I've done indicates the star wars saga system would be a good fit, however it seems that here in the UK finding a copy of the core rules is like finding rocking horse dung!

I was wondering if the wider community had any suggestions?
