That's kind of what I'm talking about. I've read about lionfish being offered as a fashionable dish to eradicate them from the Gulf or Carribean or wherever they're a problem, or how there's no hunting restrictions on wild hogs in some Southern states.

Just so long as you don't introduce another predatory species to do it on your behalf. Otherwise you're just doing the Old Woman Who Swallowed A Fly on an ecological level.

Oh no, I mean humans demonstrating how we're the ultimate omnivores here. If a species doesn't have a natural predator and thus is messing things up, we're perfectly capable of hunting it out.
