Scolarship Level vs Exposure

with Scholarship I mean schoolwork, be it Sport or Maths, Physics, Languages or the like;
===> perhaps it should determine stats;
while Exposure would bring an xp Level like in Real Time Exposure;

It feels like a lot of high school and college students for the past few decades have tried to learn coursework by exposure* (sitting in class without particularly taking notes and without studying or practicing outside). If XP are related to getting better at something, I'm not sure exposure helps

euh that's not XP ( xp points ) , that's XP Level ( experience Levels ) ...

I mean stats are developed at schooltime

then, skills are dependant of stats levels

while xp level produces spells, weapon proficiencies and the like...
