Grackle loses patience while waiting back in the corridor. He can hear folks talking, but is too far back and too entranced in the pretty colors of the room ahead to be sure what they're saying. So he starts walking up to the painted room, glancing at one wall after another, dribbling saliva. 'OoooOOooh....so colorful....pretty pretty.....wish it were shiny....oh yes, shiny is so good, I wish it were nice and shiny and smelled of grapes and strawberries but oohh no it just smells like dust but still so pretty with colors....' he thinks. He has a stupid grin on his face, as usual, and kneels down to start sniffing at the colorful floor mosaic, still dribbling, and then starts licking the differently-colored floor stones to see what they taste like.... 'Awww, I wish I didn't use up my super magic trick already, I wanna make this shiny and tasty like rock candy....' he thinks some more. Then the gnome starts gnashing his teeth and clicking and talking gibberish to the rocks on the floor. He says in Terran "What is you? Why you so nice and colorful but not rock candy? You know where rock candy is? I like rocks. I like rock candy too. Do you rocks like rock candy? Or would that be like cannibalism? I no think so... Do you have name? I Grackle. I gnome. Gnome who like rocks. Do you know what this place is? I not. You know where treasure is? I think there treasure here. Shiny-shiny treasure. Tasty treasure." This kind of questioning and one-sided conversation goes on for a while.
