ScreenMonkey/online chat gaming?

I was looking into the ScreenMonkey program and decided that it was decent enough but I had one problem I cant seem to get past as far as gaming online goes. I just cant stand having to type out everything.
I was wondering if anyone has used a voice chat program to game online? Using ScreenMonkey for maps, dice rolling, and character sheet tracking but using a voice chat program to actually play the game with.

Anyone??

we use kloogewerks to play DnD online and in conjuction we use
teamspeak( its free you can get it at www.teamspeak.org )

so far it works fine..you know the funny thing is the group i play with are all old friends from the MMORPG community and real life..but i find voice gets in the way of roleplaying..

i don't know if that makes sense to anyone but everyone seems to be more inclinded to type in character and talk OOC ..but overall we're all having fun so its all good.

Thanks for the reply.
Do you have any gripes about koogle? I was looking at ScreenMonkey but it seems Koogle has a option where I can order a license and that way players wont have to pay for the program.
Does Teamspeak allow everyone to talk at the same time or is it one at a time only? I just would like to get it to be as a table game would where everyone can speak at the same time.

no i love kloogewerks its the best online Roleplaying program out there bar none.
its only limitations at this point are that its kind of specific to DnD 1/2 and 3E .T
ho there is work being done to make it gurps compatible and other D20 OGL gamesystems.
Only thing people seem to have against klooge is that its to expensive..but honestly For how well it works I think its worth the money..

Yes teamspeak allows multiple simutanious audio streams..but youcan't understand anyone if 3 people are all talking at the same time ..just like realife..but its not like a CB system where its locked send or transmit if thats what you mean.
Overall its better if everyone is on someform of broadband..but it does work as well with dialup people but you just gotta set the codec to use less bandwidth

Ok, this all sounds good. Just one more thing. Im not sure if you understand the way Koogle works but could you tell me if what Im thinking is correct?
If I purchase a 6 license deal that means that 6 people could connect to my system(with me owning the GM part)?
I just dont want to have people pay for something Im running.

yep i own klooge what you want is a master version for yourself
and a multi-licence 4 pack or 6 pack
this allows you to have up to 4 or 6 clients connect to you without them having to have a serial number.
I think thats what your looking for.
